Loser Trades Are Actually a Good Thing

So let us be straight with you.

Some mornings are red.

Before you enter, you decide the most that trade is allowed to cost you. You set that number while you are calm, not while you are watching it move.

So a bad morning has a floor. A predetermined calculated number

and a good morning does NOT have a ceiling. You can ride the winner to the moon as Elon puts it.

That asymmetry is the entire business.

You are not trying to be right every day. Nobody is right every day. You are making sure the days you are wrong just stay small.

The people who blow up are not the ones who have bad days. They are the ones who REFUSE to have them.

They double down to get back to even. They widen the stop they already set. They take the trade that is nearly the setup.
