At the time, it was an accepted fact.

→ Doctors warned the heart would fail

→ Coaches claimed the body would break down

→ Scientists maintained the body couldn’t process oxygen quickly enough to maintain that speed

And for a long time, the world believed them.

Then on May 6, 1954, a 25-year-old kid named Roger Bannister proved them all wrong – finishing the mile in 3 minutes and 59.4 seconds.

The craziest part is,

After decades of failure and doubt it took just 46 days for someone else to break the record too.

Once Bannister showed it could be done, the myth collapsed.

And today, thousands of runners have done the same.

Because the limit was never physical.

It was mental – baked into the belief system of the entire world.

→ The idea that you’re “stuck” in a job…

→ That wealth is reserved for a chosen few…

→ That time freedom is unrealistic?

That’s just the modern-day 4-minute mile.

But once you find a path that actually works — and believe it’s possible for you — the whole game changes.

That’s what trading did for me – and for hundreds of others in our community who are breaking their own 4 minute miles –

in the form of $10K+/months and financial freedom through trading.

Not through hype. Not through luck.
