and my personal favorite:

“displays executive presence” —

(which I think just means I wore a blazer once).

I wasn’t burned out because I was lazy.

I was burned out because I was busy building systems for something I didn’t even believe in.

Turns out, you can be really efficient at building the wrong life.

And the more I optimized it, the worse it felt.

Because no system, no planner, no calendar fix can save you from the slow erosion of meaning.

At some point, it stops being about getting more done – and starts being about whether any of what you’re doing actually ever mattered in the first place.
